The GHRC works with a team of students to organize this conference every two years which attracts up to a thousand attendees.

Who We Are
The Global Health Resource Center (GHRC), run by Daren Wade, MSW, two staff members, and student assistants is the University’s hub for global health-related activities. We partner with the communications team within the Department of Global Health to ensure that our community is up to date on our events, programs, and resources.
What We Do
Coordinate, Connect, and Catalyze
The resource center manages the Department's funding and fieldwork opportunities, provides career advice and information referral, and develops tools to disseminate information about global health activities both here and abroad.
The center also coordinates several events, including the Washington Global Health Alliance Discovery Series, public lectures, film screenings, and the Western Regional International Health Conference. Please visit our Global Health Calendar for a complete listing.
