HIV/AIDS National Program Capacity through a Training Program in Management, Health Economics, and Monitoring, and Evaluation/Informatics in the Republic of Kenya. The fellowship program will train 8-12 Kenyan fellows per year in health economics, management, and informatics over five years, as well conduct a number of short-courses in these areas for hundreds of participants. The goal is to increase the human capacity of Kenyan organizations and government ministries to manage and lead HIV health care programs in Kenya.
