The goal of the project is to characterize the type of the immune response engendered by different vaccine regimens currently being tested within the Vaccine Research Center, EuroVacc and HIV Vaccine Trials Network. This project will focus on the evaluation and of global HIV-1 peptide panels for use in ICS and ELISpot assays.
