This program focuses on rapidly scaling up and expanding access to comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment in the project regions (Vallée du Bandama, Savanes, and Zanzan) while strengthening the capacity of national structures and providing sustainable service delivery. These regions have been particularly affected by the recent civil war. The program also includes health systems research projects in partnership with the National Public Health Institute (INSP), including operations research trainings.
